When Ewa and Karol invited me as a photographer for their wedding, which they planned to organize in the middle of the forest, I felt that it would be something special. And since it is possible to organize a wedding ceremony outside the civil registry office, young couples are more and more willing to move this unique ceremony to open air. Could there be something more beautiful than taking oath surrounded by beautiful nature and your close friends and family?
From the very morning, the preparations began, by marking the forest path leading to the shore of the lake, where Ewa’s father built a gazebo. The location of the ceremony was rather minimalist, wooden benches for guests, delicate ribbons and flowers, everything was as if blended into the space of nature without obscuring it, creating a very fabulous and romantic atmosphere. The mere passage by a narrow path through the forest, which was marked by ribbons hanging on trees, must have been an unusual experience for the guests.
The young couple was taking things slowly, preparations were peacefully moving on in a summer house surrounded by close friends and family. Everything in the spirit of idyllic, Masurian, yet still holiday atmosphere. On the first floor with
the terrace, Ewa with her bridesmaids, whereas Karol with his bestmen were downstairs like one big family.
Karol was the first to go to the ceremonial place, then small groups began to gather to welcome Ewa. It’s amazing how many emotions, love, feelings, warmth takes place during such a short ceremony. The moment of the oath was truly touching, and Ewa did not hide her tears.
Right after expressing wishes, some of the guests went on foot to the wedding party. The huge advantage was the location, everything was organized close to each other.
For their first dance, Ewa put on a short dress in bottled green. It is worth mentioning that all Ewa dresses were sewn by her mother. The party was crazy, the guests were having fun on the dance floor. The tables also include green and floral decorations made by green place.
See how beautiful it was!
